HEAVY GAUGE CABLE TRAY LOAD CAPACITIES

Cable Cage Systems trays are certified on a test station meeting the current and projected European standards and fire rated to the requirement stated in section AS/NZS 3013:1995, Appendix B Clause B7

The Load is evaluated following two criteria

• Utilization criterion: durability under electric cable loads
• Installation criterion: resistance to stress during erection

Our range of heavy gauge cable trays are manufactured from 6.00mm gage steel tray. It has been designed to carry heavier loads of electrical cables and to avoid deflection of the cable tray during the installation of electric cables. This range of cable tray is more suited to base building & electrical requirements

For maximum loads with support spans of 1500mm or less a 41x41mm strut is recommended for the installation. Lesser loads a 21x41mm is available.
